Terms and Disclaimers

Handling and Freight Charges:
A $35.00 handling charge is applied to all continental U.S. orders. There is no freight charge for domestic orders. A freight charge is applied to all international orders. This will vary by country. Alator Biosciences will select the method of shipment and the carrier to be used, unless otherwise agreed.

Duties/Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and/or taxes that their shipments may incur.

Prices and Quotations:
Prices are honored for 90 days unless specified further in quotation. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice of price changes but we reserve the right to change prices without further notice.

Terms:
Net 30 days from date of invoice.

Returns and Warranties:
To facilitate processing, no consideration will be given to returns unless prior authorization and shipping instructions have been obtained from Alator Biosciences’ Customer Service Department. No product may be returned after 30 days unless otherwise indicated. No perishable products may be returned for credit. In-transit insurance on returned goods is optional and is the customer’s responsibility.

Alator Biosciences warrants material to be of merchantable quality at the time of sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine the adequacy of all materials for any intended or specific, purpose or use. Alator Biosciences shall not be liable for any consequential, general, incidental or contingent damages of any kind. Alator Biosciences’ sole obligation is to replace the material up to the amount of the purchase price.

The products listed are distributed for research use only. They have not been approved for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, nor for administration to humans or animals.

Purchasers and users shall hold Alator Biosciences harmless against any claim resulting from the use of any product sold or otherwise supplied by it.
